These terms govern your use of the tsukimitea website and purchases.

The product

All matcha is shade-grown in Uji, Kyoto, hand-picked and stone-milled to order. Every order is packed and shipped after milling, which may take 2–3 business days.

Orders & payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable local taxes. Payment is collected at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@tsukimitea.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.

Tea is a natural product; taste and colour vary slightly by harvest. Our content is general information, not medical advice. Matcha contains caffeine.

Changes
